@BuildersSA I've received the greatest customer service from Tonie Komana, Builders Superstore Phola Mall KwaMhlanga. He managed to sort out issues caused by lots of empty promises by online team. He managed to source the paint within 24 hrs and got it ready. Pass my message to the store!

@BuildersSA why is it impossible to purchase product online and have a pick up in a store that has stocked out of a product? I need a paint that is available in other shops (Pretoria, Gauteng, 60km) but not available in my nearest builders (KwaMhlanga Mpumalanga). Its frustrating 😢
