BREAKING: MAGA Congresswoman Nancy Mace self-destructs at a town hall after a constituent confronts her for failing to hold a moment of silence for the late Pope Francis.

Republicans really hated this beloved pope...

"And we will bless the Pope now because the Pope has just passed too. We didn't bring— We should have brought that up and had a moment of silence because the Pope has just passed," a woman said, challenging Mace.

"Thank you. Show some respect," the woman added.

"Maybe, maybe you can start with respecting young men and women who have been killed in South Carolina by illegal immigrants like Maddie Hines who is a four-year-old girl from the upstate who was killed by an illegal," Mace shot back, immediately resorting to exploiting a young girl's death.

"Or the infant in Beaufort County last year who was killed by an illegal immigrant or Nathaniel Baker who was killed on campus here just a few short weeks ago in an enormous tragedy for this campus," she rambled on.

"Why don't we start with respecting the lives lost at the hands of murderous illegal aliens? We can start there and God bless each and every one of those souls whose lives were stolen, lives were stolen, by an illegal alien. A hundred percent," she added.

Mace shared a video of the incident on her X account, apparently operating under the mistaken impression that it made her look good instead of like a strident grandstander with no respect for her constituents.

She captioned the clip: "God forbid I start off my speech last night with a moment of silence for Nathanial Baker, the USC student who was killed by an illegal alien earlier this month."

The reality, of course, is that Mace and her fellow Republicans don't care one bit about the deceased people whose names they throw about for political gain. They care about demonizing all immigrants by picking a few select cases and using them to smear all undocumented people as murderers and criminals.

Furthermore, there is no reason why Mace couldn't have simply ceded her constituent's point and held a moment of silence for the Pope — other than the fact that MAGA world hated Francis.

Yesterday, Marjorie Taylor Green ignited outrage when she celebrated Pope Francis's death by posting: "Today there were major shifts in global leaderships. Evil is being defeated by the hand of God."

Republicans were threatened by Francis because he espoused the true virtues of Jesus Christ and exposed their own form of "Christianity" as a cruel, nationalist farce.

Francis was an outspoken advocate for the downtrodden of the world and urged global leaders to confront climate change and pursue compassionate policies towards migrants. It's no surprise that Mace and Greene refuse to honor him.
