Has the hierarchy of our government just disappeared?

SCOTUS speaks. A district judge shrugs. Blocks it again. Renders the last appeal “moot.”

Forces the President to go back to the Supreme Court a third time.
That is not how this country is supposed to work.

Lower courts do not get to play whack-a-mole with the highest court in the land. That is chaos. That is open disrespect for the law and for lawful orders. That is a judge acting like she is the final authority because she doesn’t like the outcome.

I’m over it.

When is the GOP going to grow a spine and start removing these judges instead of writing sternly worded letters?

And don’t forget John Thune still has not confirmed Trump’s people. The Senate majority sits there while activist courts run the country from Boston.

This is everything that’s wrong with the system right now.

Either we have a hierarchy or we don’t. Either SCOTUS is the last word or it isn’t.
