5 days since my email ZERO reply. Is dignity reserved only for the able-bodied?

@airindia At baggage claim, @airindia lost my wheelchair battery. I found it on the floor, but staff refused to check my pass until forced.
2 male managers came, and I insisted on speaking to the wheelchair head. She made us wait 25+ mins in agony, hoping we'd give up.

@airindia Requested a cabin wheelchair at 4:30 PM (3 hrs before takeoff).
After landing, staff walked across the tarmac to bring a REGULAR wheelchair which can't fit aircraft aisles. It took another 1 hour to fetch the actual CABIN wheelchair. 2 hrs trapped total after landing.

We can fight with our disability, but we can't fight with the system !!!! For which we expect the system to be there with us.

Why we “Disabled People” need to pay extra for our wheel chair weight with domestic flight in India where in some other countries the disabled person can travel with no extra cost.

Further, in such air tickets issued to passengers with the noting WHEEL CHAIR PASSANGER against the name of the commuter, the concessions available to them shall also be noted in the ticket itself so that harassment from the airline staff at counter and avoid extra payment.
