@DrRichHuntsman I was told not to skip breakfast by my naturopath. Eating at that time stops cortisol in its tracks. So even though I am not hungry just having a small piece of fruit is enough to reverse this pattern.

@autcareandshare It should be made available in all areas. All I would say is the advisors can vary. I had one for DLA from another organisation & we didn’t get the award. I have no doubt if it had been the lady who did my daughters PIP we would’ve got it!
