• This week, as incoming prime minister, you gave one of your first interviews to Gary Lineker, who left the BBC after sharing a post depicting the Jewish state with a rat. Jews have been drawn as rats before. Our grandparents can tell you what came next.

• When Lineker called Israel’s war a genocide, and challenged Israel’s right to exist, you said nothing. Every Jew in Britain heard that silence.

• A Jewish child on the Tube knows by age eight to zip a jacket over the school uniform. Every Jewish school in your country sits behind guards and gates. No other British children go to school like that.

• Families who have been British for two hundred years now ask, quietly, over Shabbat dinner, whether their grandchildren should grow up somewhere else. Nobody calls the question paranoid anymore.

None of this is beyond repair. Visit the synagogue in Manchester. Meet the families of Adrian Daulby and Melvin Cravitz. Say plainly that what Lineker shared was a disgrace.

It’s also worth noting a broader statistic: although Jews make up only about 0.2% of the world’s population, they have received over 20% of Nobel Prizes across fields such as physics, chemistry, medicine, economics, and literature. That remarkable representation reflects contributions across many disciplines rather than a single area of achievement.

Because without them and their medical contributions, some of you would cease to exist.

Imagine if everyone around you constantly said that France or Spain had no right to exist, that these were all ancestral territories of ancient Rome, while Italy declared that those countries rightfully belonged to it and should become part of it.

Such claims would probably seem absurd, as would the promotion of a narrative that the French and the Spanish have no right to self-determination or to states of their own.

Yet when it comes to Israel, it is considered perfectly normal to deny its right to exist in its ancestral homeland, a land to which Jews have never lost their connection. So what is this really about? Is it simply that modern Israel has not existed long enough for some people to come to terms with the fact, and that many still cling to the illusion that all the outrage they generate over it will somehow change anything?

Why should Jews be the exception, expected to live anywhere but in their own homeland? Is it because Palestinian propaganda appeals more strongly to people who, despite its entirely artificial origins—honestly, I could have written a more plausible story—are willing to support it as long as it leaves Jews without a home? At the same time, these same people do not want Jews in their own countries. For centuries, the Jewish people were persecuted throughout Europe, culminating in the Holocaust. That was the final straw. Everything was done to ensure that it could never happen again. Israel officially appeared on the world map.

One would think everyone should have calmed down. The Jews had left Europe and all the Arab countries where they had been so unwanted and rejected. But damn it, even that was not enough.

During the British Mandate, Jews living in the land of ancient Israel were called Palestinians. The Arabs living alongside them distanced themselves from that name and wanted nothing to do with it. But once the Jews accepted the UN decision to create two states, one Jewish and one Arab, declared independence, and began identifying themselves as Israelis, the term “Palestinians” suddenly became the most desirable identity for the Arabs who had rejected their own state. Moreover, it was precisely in 1969, when Cairo-born Yasser Arafat assumed leadership of the PLO, that “Palestinian identity” was transformed into a centralized political and propaganda project built around the struggle against Israel. The rest of this endless story is well known.

The fixation on the Jewish state and the obsession with reducing everything to a single “Palestinian” denominator are without equal.

There is one consolation: Israel grows stronger and more resilient with each passing day. It is a jewel of global research and innovation. It has given the world countless invaluable discoveries, all because it endured despite every adversity.

They burned, shot, blew up, decapitated, and kidnapped other infants and children. They choked to death a toddler and his infant brother in Gaza - in front of their mother - and killed her. Targeting children and civilians, even soldiers in their pajamas, innocent animals, the sick and elderly, Holocaust survivors who lost their siblings and parents to the hands of the Nazis … nothing is more cowardly, more callous.

Oct 7 was GENOCIDE. Don’t you DARE confuse it with Israel attacking Hamas after they slaughtered 1200 Israelis and kidnapped 240, who they refused to return while hiding them in the general community - in family homes with those who aided and abetted Hamas in their evil and indifference.

I ABHOR that innocents died, including children in Gaza. I wish this war had never happened, but it was one Hamas and other Palestinian terrorists started when they butchered, burned, brutally raped, kidnapped, and tortured Israelis - Jewish, Christian, Druze, and Muslim Israelis and foreign nationals, including fellow Americans!

If we are heading towards another massive ethnic cleansing of Jews, then there’s something the world needs to know. After the Holocaust, people asked “how could this happen?” “Why did nobody say anything?” “How did you not see it coming?”

So let’s set the record straight.

We see it coming.

We feel it coming.

We know that the intent of the Islamic Regime is to commit a Holocaust, the likes of which the world has never seen.

We know they plan on finishing what Hitler and the Nazi Regime started.

We know that they want to kill Jews everywhere. They’ve said it. We’ve heard them. We believe it.

So if they are successful, as historians are looking back at how, let’s set the record straight.

Western governments. We see this coming. We tell our governments it’s coming. We ask them to pause immigration. We ask them to stop the hate and the threats and the incitement. We ask them to protect the Jews. They don’t. They increase immigration. They continue to fund the terrorists. They allow the Jew hatred to increase, unchallenged.

University administrations. We say shut down the encampments. Stop the protests. Make statements against antisemitism. Protect your Jewish students and faculty. They negotiate with the terrorists. They capitulate. They allow the encampments to exist. They rationalize them. They allow radicalization and Jew hatred on campus.

The "As-a-Jew". We say stop protesting against your own people. Stop being the token spokesperson the Islamic Regime is looking for. We tell them they’d be killed just as soon as the rest of us. They ignore us. They pretend it’s not about the Jews.

The woke left. They’ve bought into the propaganda. They believe they’re supporting the “oppressed”. They believe there’s a genocide. They’ve drank the Kool Aid. We say nothing to these people because they believe “all Zionists lie” and they’re not even open to actual fact or critical thinking.

The silent majority. We don’t know what they think, but we beg and plead with them to speak up, to speak out against terrorism. To stand up for Israel. They remain silent. Fear? Apathy? Laziness?Lack of awareness? We don’t know why.

So, if there’s another Holocaust, we want the world to know that we stood up. That we spoke up. That we tried everything to get your attention.

And the world ignored us.

Again.
