He's back in Ohio to complete his obligation to testify against his father, Billy Wagner, after an appeals court ordered he be resentenced for the Pike County murders @LawCrimeNetwork 👇

He had been moved to a prison out of state. Now he's back after an appellate court ordered he be resentenced 1/2 @LawCrimeNetwork

The Appeals Court found that Judge Jonathan Hein abused his discretion when he ordered Jake be sentenced before he completed his obligations under his plea agreement. He has to testify at the trial of his father, Billy Wagner. Hein had given Jake parole eligibility. That was shocking. 2/2 @LawCrimeNetwork

NEW: After an appeals court ordered that Angela Wagner, mother and co-conspirator in the Pike County Massacre murders of the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley, be resentenced, she has been moved to the Highland County Jail.
Wagner had been serving her sentence at an Ohio prison.
Jake should be back in Ohio soon. @LawCrimeNetwork

@AlysonKavan Her sentence is 30 years. She got a sweet deal. She might actually get out one day. She's almost 8 years into it. November will be 8 years.
