Lovely to be here with
@CruseSupport, @SandsUK and Cardiff Bereavement Services for our #DayOfReflection . If you can’t make it today, would recommend popping to see the ‘Dear Mum garden’, a guided trail for children, parents and families affected by loss.
For our National Day of Reflection on 23rd March, we're joining Cruse Bereavement Support, SANDs and Cardiff Council to support families after the death of someone close.
Join us at the Dear Mum Remembrance Garden in the Western Cemetery from 10:30-12:30 💛🌳
Tomorrow is the National #DayOfReflection where we’ll remember those we’ve loved who have sadly died. Please join in if you can - whether it’s a quiet moment to reflect at 12.00 noon, listen to our online sessions or access our @MarieCurieCymru support 💛 https://t.co/qmZeibIhnn
Or, for those of you in the Cardiff and Vale area, you're welcome to join us at our hospice in Penarth on National Day of Reflection itself for our in-person group #letsconnect
Ahead of our National Day of Reflection on 23rd March, join us on 22nd to come together to remember loved ones wherever you are in Wales, as part of our online bereavement group #DayOfReflection 💛
Great to see Cardiff centre flooded with daffs for the match yesterday 🌼Had such a fun time collecting for #GDA this year, raising vital funds for our services 💛
The little things can make a big difference when you’re living with a terminal illness. Our trained Helper volunteers can visit you regularly to have a chat over a cup of tea, help you get to an appointment or just listen when you need a friendly ear.
