Derek Young, gave an amazing speech that EVERYONE could learn from. He challenged students to keep these two words in mind throughout their lives…..BE NICE!

Three ways to BE NICE:

1. Wake up with gratitude every day, this will start your day off right and lead to being nice

2. Mentor others — no matter how young or old you are you have something to offer others.
3. Acknowledge people— say good morning, hello, smile, ask how they are AND truly listen.
