I’m truly excited and honored to be returning to the Peru Blockchain Conference, this time to present on @MidnightNtwrk.

We’ll be exploring Smart Compliance, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, and how privacy-enhancing technologies can enable compliant, secure, and scalable blockchain applications.

We’ll also discuss the Legal Context Protocol (LCP) and why legal infrastructure is becoming essential for the future of agentic commerce. As AI agents begin transacting autonomously, LCP provides a standardized way to bind legal terms to payments, creating verifiable, tamper-evident records while preserving privacy through Midnight’s selective disclosure model.

A future implementation in Midnight City could position it at the forefront of the next generation of agentic commerce, where autonomous agents can transact with greater trust, legal certainty, and privacy by design.

Midnight introduces a new paradigm for blockchain infrastructure by combining programmable privacy with selective disclosure. It enables users, businesses, and institutions to disclose only the information required for a given transaction, supporting regulatory compliance while preserving confidentiality. This approach expands the range of blockchain applications that can be deployed in regulated environments across both the public and private sectors.
