@BrightonHoveCC Yep, found the hidden option on your unfriendly website that just tries to make you pay.
Response was, basically, tuff - but it says I can appeal again, just not clear on how??? Is there another route, or do I have to 'ignore' it until a letter sent to the registered owner(me)???
Clearly no regard for what it can take to just get a disabled person out for a few hours and how much this can set someone back.

Appalling from @BrightonHoveCC - PCN for parking in a disabled bay, because the badge had slipped and wasn't fully legible - spoke to another CEO, proof of valid blue badge, etc, but they are refusing to cancel the PCN - also wrongly stated on yellow lines, when we were in a bay!
@scott_expert - wondering where we stand on a PCN in a disabled bay, blue badge slightly obscured but provided proof of valid badge and another CEO told us the ticket should be cancelled, but @BrightonHoveCC replied we were on double yellows (wrong) and badge not clear, end of!
@lostminds20@LidlGB@sainsburys Also @sainsburys often now seem to print you a long slip of what's on offer, or matching Lidl prices, which is what you've already just seen on the app you have to use at checkout just to not be ripped off any more and get food at 'normal' prices!!!!!!

Been a few times as partner has a blue badge, but after getting a PCN, in a bay, with a valid badge, we just won't bother anymore.
Partner just doesn't want to go out anymore now!!!

@BrightonHoveCC trying to challenge a PCN - website says challenge or pay, but the only option is pay, continue to pay, enter card details. Phone line open 9am to 13.30pm mon-fri!!! Why do councils barely work any hours????? What a scam.
How do I CHALLENGE, not pay, a PCN?????
