There was even an incident where our file was being handled by a broker who had it for 2 weeks and then outright quit and we had to be have our rate lock extended so we can get to close and even now it's about to expire again and 1 month later still not closed.

The loan processor even went as far as to deny she recieved docs from my job and when they called to confirm those docs she claim they were inadaquate even though they ORIGINATED from @GetARate .com
