Well, after 41 days of @Subway not giving me a refund, they finally decided to give me my money back. Still, I'll never go back. @jimmyjohns & @jerseymikes are far better anyways.

Well, this is now day 41 since @SUBWAY stole my money. Still no refund & they haven't responded to my last email. Nor have they responded to my complaint to @BBBGWP. Subway really doesn't care about their customers๐คท #subwaystolemymoney
So, @SUBWAY, since you are unwilling to actually do something to fix this other than lie to me over & over about how I'm supposed to get my refund, I believe that @BBBGWP would be willing to help me get my money back. 6/6
Well, the @SUBWAY saga continues.
Got a call from a "manager" from the store that started all this. They were rude. Evidently, my refund, or what they're calling a "refund", has supposedly been on their desk since 6/2. I have an email saying it would go back to my account๐ 1/6
This whole time while on the phone with this person, I can here their coworkers in the background saying "I'm lying", "that they did make my sandwiches", "that's all the refund I'll get". This manager didn't tell them to stop or anything. In fact, they kinda went with it. 5/6

Well, @SUBWAY 's customer service/support is horrible. No one to talk to directly & their 'social media team' can't do anything to help, except ask you to DM them just so they can send you a link to a form to fill out. Completely useless!
