@gliscor101@captaincupkick I mean, it’s a mini-movie essentially. But I think for stories and characters that will utilize this special presentation format, 90 minutes or so can flesh the story and character out a bit more. I’m not saying each special should be that long; it’ll depend on the character.
@Majestic_ucm And also: I feel like there’s some things that don’t line up. I thought Thor and Loki would reunite, there’s no mention of Monica Rambeau or Dr. Strange here, no mention of Kang’s fate, and it seems we won’t get to see certain things Doom does in the film, like killing the TVA.
@Majestic_ucm There’s one thing that confuses me: It says that Loki went to visit Steve before the Loki Season 2 finale. How is that possible? Didn’t we see everything that happened in the season 2 finale of Loki? I don’t recall Loki disappearing elsewhere during the finale.
@MarvelLeaks22 Question: In an earlier post, you mentioned Marvel is thinking about a Devil’s Reign crossover film as the epilogue of the arc. If said movie were to actually happen, what would the Defenders show serve as?
@ashishK_tweets@MarvelExrth616 Originally, I would have said Avengers: Forever, but honestly, Avengers: Legacy doesn’t sound too bad. Then again, that only works if Secret Wars Part 1 is called Secret Wars. If Part 2 is called Secret Wars, Part 1 should be Avengers: Battleworld.
@Carl_Nwakakwa I mean, I think Doomsday ending with the creation of Battleworld makes sense, but to explain Battleworld and the final battle against Doom, along with having to reset the multiverse, I don’t think all of that can fit and be told properly in 3 or even 4 hours. It needs 2 parts.
@Majestic_ucm So question: I’m going to assume that The Owl (Leland Owlsley) won’t show up anytime soon in the Daredevil show, right? And any idea regarding how many more seasons of Born Again we might get?
@Majestic_ucm So, if Doomsday ends with the creation of Battleworld, and Secret Wars is rumored to be about eventually resetting the multiverse and taking down Doom, how would that second part, Avengers: Battleworld, work exactly? Like, what would be the plot if the reset is for Secret Wars?
@Majestic_ucm I can’t really think of another opening scene that isn’t what you just said in your post. The only other opening scene could be following the last scene of Endgame, so, Steve and Peggy in the ‘50s. But I doubt that’s how Marvel will actually start the movie.
@Majestic_ucm I mean, like I said, I don’t understand the hate either. Maybe it’s different opinions on each character, or something else. All I know is that it’s a good project for post-Secret Wars. Although, Idk how Doomsday/Secret Wars will balance them if they are in one or both films.
