Customer having faith in HP, buying their products & never chose 2 year wty as an option. 2 company doesn't have the faith in their products, trying to sell 2year wty more than the product, to be safe.

@HPSupport I brought a laptop in Dec 2019 end months back and Hard disk crashed within 19 months. Your guys are not able to tell me why this is crashed and still cribbing only one thing, this is out of warranty. How could a hard disk fail in 18 months any one has answer.
