@sweatystartup For years at my W-2, we always had the Herman Miller Aero. I recently had to buy a chair for my home office, so I assumed the Aero would be the way forward, but I tried a Steelcase Leap, and it’s by far and away better than the Aero (for my back). The only issue is cost >Aero.
