@TheRobLogan However it is also understandable that if the streamer made it clear that their streams are “happy vibes only” to then turn away people seeking comfort. It is up to the viewers to find the right streamer to find some level of comfort during their tough times.

@TheRobLogan Here is my take. If the streamer often says he cares for his/her audience, then I believe it is only natural to expect and comfort viewers whom are having a tough time. As these people may not have anybody else to turn to.
