Extremely disappointed with @Swiggy & @SwiggyCares.
It’s been 50+ hours since I reported an issue (Order ID: 236861270618022, Request ID: 28361602) — no proper resolution yet.
Order was heavily delayed, food arrived cold with wet packaging and was not consumable.
Requesting help.
@SwiggyCares Following up again — it has been over 16 hours with no resolution.
The issue is still not resolved and I am yet to receive any proper response regarding refund.
Requesting immediate attention to this.

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares This is still not resolved. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received any proper response. Food was not consumable due to delay, yet only a coupon was offered. Requesting full refund.
Shared images of the order condition — food arrived cold and packaging was wet due to delay. This is not acceptable. Expecting a full refund and appropriate compensation.
