@YaBoyRoshi Lmao I agree with this and it's what I've been saying but can't tell people nothing. It's not that it makes TPAB better or worse but numbers are in fact showing what the people are actually listening to, feelings and personal opinions aside.
Psa had the most horrible experience with @Hertz non existent "customer service". I got jerked around and told multiple incorrect things when I couldn't pick my car up at the original location. Being forced to pay 2 rentals after I was told it was voided at Tampa Airport. Avoid!
