I never switch FBM to anything other 0 days, if you cant handle it, hire anyone, friend, family members, your friend’s friends. Assuming it’s 100 packages a day, you could easily pay 20+ an hour and keep your profits. If you truly can’t, you can set limits in settings for max FBM orders per day or obviously you can switch it to one day handling time. I was doing around 200-300 per day last year, and I just had 2 friends over 8 hours a day $15 an hour plus free lunches. You either grind it out, or take the loss.
Idc what anyone says.
Your success in OA comes down to 3 things:
• How well you source
• How well you manage cash flow
• How well you build systems
If you can’t do those 3 things consistently, idc how many deals you find.
You’re still stuck at square one.
Day: 21 I’m really trying to go all in this Q4. I want to but product now and hold them for 5-6 months, and sell them then there are way lower sellers and margins are higher.
If anyone else does this lmk, is it worth?
I was so hesitant to buy Fairlife protein shakes because they were “too expensive.” But then I would buy a 4 finger combo at Canes for $12 like it’s nothing.
$2 for 30 grams of protein 150 cals vs $12 40 grams of protein, 1000+ cal
Cheaper, more convenient, healthier, tastes better.
@FBA_Dylan 100%, it’s basically impossible to sell 20, 30, 40k profit a month without delegation. Even with just one VA rn, I see so many flaws in my business where I am losing money, and I see way more opportunities in growing the business.
Day 20: Sellers United
There was so much I learned from Sellers united which I realized from talking to other people.
Lost of strategies and things I need to incorporate into my business to become a better seller
Another thing is I need to delegate everything and fast, there is no reason for me to do $15 per hour jobs. I relized basically every big seller had things delegated for them. Whether it’s sourcing to admin to prepping. Those mostly aren’t my job as a seller if I want to grow.
Networking is key to growth. I need to spend a lot more time talking to people. Information is key, and what might take you 2 days to figure out, could just be figured out in a couple seconds with just talking with someone who knows what they are doing.
Little by little building myself and this business. Ran out of inventory after sending what I had left as FBA. Starting to pick it up again now that I have some inventory! Gotta keep adding more to my catalog 🫡 @flips4miles
