I did not decide to be a trans woman.
I decided to stop resisting the reality that I am a trans woman.
There's a big difference.
That acceptance saved my life.

Wishing I had ways to get extra spending money, but my current plan is being delayed because I'm waiting on beauracracy to get my name change corrected on and drivers license, which looks like it could take another month or two to finally get everything in place. π
@TheLetterTen I remember being 12 years old and after watching Pirates of the Caribbean I paid awake at night wanting to be in the position of Keira Knightley's character.
@TheLetterTen Within the last three months is the first time I've ever looked in the mirror and genuinely smiled at what I saw. Side note, seeing some of the changes become more visible had me just gushing a couple weeks ago. ;)
Past me: I can't be trans because I don't have dysphoria
Me: Alright lady, two things... One, you don't need dysphoria to be trans.
Past me: Oh.
Me: Second, you definitely have dysphoria.
Past me: Oh no.
