@UPSHelp Who do I need to cuss out to get my packages delivered when and where they are supposed to? I can’t even get a manager to call me. I’m sick of this. My son’s formula can’t ever arrive correctly and it costs me extra money. You all don’t give a damn about that though

@UPS I absolutely HATE UPS. It has gone to shit in the last year. I can’t get my son’s formula delivered correctly. I had to drag myself into dirty ass auto zone to get packages in my 3rd trimester. I’ve been asking to speak to the regional manager since last damn year.
