Does anyone happen to have saved my super old art, like before 2022, especially sketches. Even if it's like one thing, low quality I'd like to complete my collection
Your anti-avatar movie was real life actually. I can see how the most obvious analogous set of plots in film history are confusing for you though

They spent 400 million dollars for a movieβs climax to be slaughtering humans wholesale in some of the most gruesome ways possible.
But what really sucks is that thereβs no alternative to James Cameron you can support. Thereβs no anti-Avatar movie franchise to go to instead.
I should remind you that I am on sites that are far cooler than this one. And if you don't like social media I have a community discord where I complain a lot and post art, so it's exactly the same as social media, but without a small Hitler running it
@LewdNobu Don't even get me started on how filthy it sounds to even think "well I could pay this person to do a job, but instead I'm going to get their permission to use a free alternative". A very weird thing to rationalize in a world where hoarding money is actively killing people.
Astarion's voice actor says games like Arc Raiders that use AI voices should re-record lines with real performers once they become successful
"You've got the money now, spread the wealth ... It would definitely do a lot of good for the actors"

@LewdNobu Sure, I agree that this particular thing isn't the end of the world. It's about the idea of a slippery slope. Humans don't look into nuance. I'd love to believe that AI could be used for one ok thing and not another bad thing across every single company. That's not realistic
@LewdNobu You do not have to rationalize a problem as if it exists in a vacuum. VAs consenting in Arc Raiders does not bring RAM prices back down. When you rationalize a problem it makes other people feel like it's ok to to contribute to it.
