@McDonalds @mcdonaldsindia Manager Sh. Sandeep shouted at us, wasted 1.5 hrs, lied that Utkarsh “went home.”
Both had no ID cards, claimed McD doesn’t provide IDs.
Only when police arrived did Utkarsh return & gave an arrogant apology.

Ysterdy at McDonald’s Medical Road, Gorakhpur, I faced shocking behavior with my 40 day newborn.
Manager Sh. Utkarsh rudely refused a request to adjust harsh lights on my baby, told us to leave even after payment, then hid in kitchen (CCTV proof).
