@BPCLimited I always face problem while filling at BP-Ecotech-1 petrol pump. There is only 1 nos of offline machine for 2 pumps and always it is with CNG pump. I usually pay in advance to avoid and issue as I’m petro card user of BPCL. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

Arre need to upload invoice for reimbursement, kindly issue manual invoice instead if your facing issue.
I will raise formal complaint to competent agency since you are not issuing invoice after repetitive request.
I will take escalate this issue for sure

@KiaInd This is not the experience I expected from such a reputable brand. After reaching your twitter page I got confirmation by dealership that car is billed from plant & will be delivered in 7 days now after asking for VIN they told me that it was just mistake.
