@SamsungIndia I don't think you guys do anything promptly. I see many people have problems with samsung. I am sure I will not buy samsung product in future but I want to resolve my concern asap , also i raised consumer ticket. Please talk to your team and replace my display at FOC.

Your staff was very unprofessional and with very bad behaviour. It's seems like there was no such flight. Lots of the same flight customers faced this issue. Gave me an alternative flight which was 9 hours later.

He came on location and kept me waiting. They demanded extra money by meter, refused to drive. Ola charged cancellation fee incorrectly, revert it and make it easier to revert such fraud charges.
