@myntra has updated the status of my complaint as resolved, but the return process still has not been initiated. @MyntraSupport and @nch1915 requested to look into the matter plz.
I ordered a blazer from @myntra, which was delivered on 26 Jan 26. When I opened the parcel, I found the blazer has multiple stains on coller and cuffs and seems used one. Same day I initiated return but myntra is not initiating return process. @MyntraSupport plz do the needful.
