UPI पर चार्ज लगेगा...पूरा खेल समझिए

अगर दो लोग आपस में पैसे का लेन-देन कर रहे हैं, तो उन पर चार्ज (याने Merchant Discount Rate = MDR) नहीं लगेगा (भले ही कितना बड़ा अमाउंट हो)

दो हज़ार रुपए से कम के किसी ट्रांजेक्शन पर चार्ज नहीं लग���गा

छोटे वेंडर्स - जो महीने ��ें गल्ले में 1 लाख रुपए यूपीआई से लेते हैं - उनको कुछ पैसा नहीं देना है. 1 लाख से ज़्यादा होते ही चार्ज लगेगा.

दुकानदार को किए गए ₹2,000 से अधिक के भुगतान पर 0.4 प्रतिशत MDR लगेगा.

₹75,000 या उससे अधिक के एक ट्रांजैक्शन पर MDR अधिकतम ₹300 होगा.

रेलवे, मोबाइल-टेलीकॉम, बीमा, पेट्रोल-डीजल और खेती के सामान जैसे क्षेत्रों में ₹2,000 से ऊपर के भुगतान पर ₹5 का तय MDR होगा.

म्यूचुअल फंड, शेयर और स्टॉक ब्रोकर से जुड़े भुगतान पर 0.02 प्रतिशत MDR लगेगा. इसकी अधिकतम सीमा भी ₹300 होगी.

लेकिन सरकार ने वादा किया है कि कोई भी चार्ज कस्टमर को नहीं देना पड़ेगा, बैंकों को निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं.

आम लोगों के लिए मुफ्त UPI इस्तेमाल पर कोई मासिक कोटा या ट्रांजैक्शन की संख्या वाली सीमा नहीं होगी.

बैंकों और NPCI की रोजाना ट्रांजैक्शन ��िमिट बनी रहेगी. यह सुरक्षा के लिए है, शुल्क लगाने की सीमा नहीं.
