One of the most powerful ideas from Adetayo Manuwa’s TED Talk on the power of small encounters is that life can change through moments that seem ordinary at first, a conversation, an act of kindness, someone deciding to care. Sometimes, the future of a child hangs on one of those moments. On whether someone sees them, stops, and chooses to act.

That is how societies change. Through people choosing, in small but intentional ways for the future they want to exit, not only through and speeches.

Today, Wisdom gets another chance at education because one small encounter became action.
