Stock Quiz Time .
This is the first question in a new series where we'll look at the same setup from different angles. The goal is to build your setup memory through repetition.
Here's the scenario.
You're looking at a daily chart with the 20 EMA. The stock has been building a nice base. It gives one breakout attempt, and you could have bought either at Point A or Point B.
After your entry, the stock has one strong day and closes up 8%. Then it starts pulling back. Over the next five days, it keeps drifting lower and finally closes below the 20 EMA.
Now imagine you're holding this stock.
What will you do during the pullback ?
Will you exit at cost ? will you add more ? will you exit at stoploss?
Will you exit and still track it?
Drop your answer in the comments.
This is just Part 1. We'll continue with this same chart in the next questions and see how the setup unfolds.

By the time everyone agrees on the leaders, most of the move is already behind us.
The interesting part is identifying them while they're still emerging.

Just shared a new video on one of the scanners you can use regularly.
Instead of checking hundreds of charts manually, this scan helps you quickly find stocks trading close to the 20 EMA ( or 50 ema ), where many good opportunities begin.
If you use the 20 EMA ( or 50 ema ) in your trading, this may save you a lot of time.

In my recent video, I mentioned that the #CNXAUTO is starting to look interesting.
Both the weekly and daily charts are showing signs of strength, and I believe this is one sector that should be on your radar.
I'm also seeing early signs of momentum in several auto and auto ancillary stocks. If this continues, we could be looking at the beginning of a fresh move for the sector.
I have shared my complete industry view in the latest video. Do check it out.
