@10DowningStreet Older houses and flats are built a lot better, and you get more for your money inany cases. Maybe the scheme needs to be extended to homes that are not new builds that are rushed through with cheap materials.

@10DowningStreet In line with doing this the Government need to also review the current access to support for 1st time buyers. The help 2 buy scheme is unrealistic with the prices of the developments way out of reach for the average buyer.
