Turning 'this is fine' into 'we should probably fix this'
Pretending to know product, AI, marketing, legal & everything
Uwe Hohn could never get a Gold in Olympics, when at his peak in 1984, his country boycotted the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics
Today his student @Neeraj_chopra1 has fulfilled his dream of a Gold and has given him the best 'gurudakshina' :):)😙😚
6/n What made this inspiring was seeing it led from the top. Our CEO, @p_behera66 , despite not coding in 15+ years, jumped in to build solutions himself. That changes culture. People now start seeing AI as something that can fundamentally reshape how businesses operate.

Everyone is an “Agentic AI company” these days. But if you want to separate the real ones from companies simply layering LLM APIs with clever branding, look beyond product demos and features. Look at culture. Look at how they work internally.
5/n Another interesting shift we’ve been driving internally: building replacements for external tools across GTM, content workflows, email campaigns, etc Not because SaaS tools are bad. But because AI now allows teams to rethink how much ops leverage they can create themselves.
The Founding Father of Pakistan
Of all the figures that I had to research in my book Shattered Lands, it is probably Muhammad Ali Jinnah who surprised me the most.

What will ultimately matter is not labels,
but perseverance, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to think independently.
Those traits outlast any degree.

The debate around “Tier-1” labels like IITian or IIMian is rarely nuanced.
It swings between calling these degrees overrated and treating them as lifelong badges.
Here’s how I think about judging sincerity in that conversation.
5/n
If a person heavily foregrounds elite labels in their profile, conversations, & identity
and then says degrees don’t matter
Similarly, if someone quietly worships these degrees for themselves or their family,
but publicly preaches that they don’t matter
'Pure hypocrisy'
@nagentai Do not let the fear of Tech Syntax or the friction from tech jargons come in the way to leverage your domain expertise to build value delivering solution
Our CEO, Pratap Behera, and Chief Architect, Subrata Das, returned from the Regional AI Impact Conference in Shillong with clarity: Real transformation comes from messy experimentation, sharp questions, and real-world impact.

Meanwhile, the less privileged deal with daily inconvenience and at times life threatening risks. Ignoring that reality is so insensitive nd irresponsible 3/n
Whatever side u r on in the Delhi stray dog debate, one thing as usual is missing. A research driven, empathetic discussion that includes all stakeholders, the debate is reduced to noise. 1/n
Victims of dog bites & nuisance are absolutely justified in highlighting fear & urgency. This isnt paranoia, but lived experience
most disappointing part has been response of most ‘fancy dog’ owners living in gated societies posting Instagram style posts about dogs’ loyalty 2/n
But things are shifting. India’s today’s gen r more exposed to global narratives, mental health conversations & new-age education, these will offer the the right balanced mentoring style parenting to the next generation, helping build physical, mental, and emotional capabilities
Most underdog sports stories that we see, be it story of William sisters (King Richards), Michael Jordan story (Air) or story of Joshua Perrace (F1), all hd a constant: a parent who guided, protected, & pushed them through setbacks. Indian parenting often lacks this edge :( 1/n
Now contrast that with most Indian households. Parenting often swings between extreme control and to anxiety laden poking to a little better version offering passive support. Rarely do kids get strategic mentorship that balances emotional support with high performance values.
