•HSE policies
•NSP objectives
•Governance requirements

🔴 This means:
•Local custom cannot override national policy
•“That’s how we do things here” is not a defence

Can staff in the Section 38 Voluntary Organisations all Public Servants make a formal complaint to the @HSELive if they believe their Organisation is not following @HSELive Policies under their Service Level Agreement ?

Do staff in Section 38 voluntary organisations have any real recourse when HSE policies are not followed?

Section 38 bodies operate under SLAs with the @HSELive — does that not require compliance with HSE policies ?

Today marks 20 years working in our health service. One thing is clear:
real change only happens because brave staff are willing to speak up when something is wrong.

I wonder has any employee in Ireland ever had workplace bullying officially recognised as an injury at work, particularly in cases where it resulted in stress-related or psychological injury?
