@FumbleThe If your plan is to hold long-term, then get a cold wallet if it’s a large amount. Once purchased, Get it off the exchange ASAP onto your cold wallet (Ledger or Trezor). Actually, I wonder whether you can buy and transfer straight into a cold wallet? Maybe check.

@FumbleThe I think at least one of those is based in Australia which means you may need to pay a currency conversion fee (I think). Maybe get a wallet instead and try local bitcoins in NZ. Bank transfer is possible there and money is held in escrow until you receive the Satoshi/Bitcoin.
