@jks1981 @ADHD_Alien I got diagnosed as an adult in Kentucky, but it was hard. Some places were hostile when I explained it was for myself, not a child. I went through the medical/psychiatric school at U of L, and even though a student did my assessment it was thorough & professional. Best of luck ❤️

@ADHDdesigner I don’t micromanage, and I focus on making sure my team has the tools to not just solve problems, but identify them. I give them space to just… ramble. Positive or negative, because that’s what I need too. I’m overly transparent. I trust them. & I assume the best- not worst.
