Anna Sonsini broke the Women’s 100M record last weekend at Tufts with a time of 11.97!

🚨 NEW SCHOOL RECORD 🚨

For the 2nd time today, a school record has been broken - this time, by senior @anna_sonsini!

Sonsini finished today’s 200m in 25.85 breaking her own school record of 26.01, which she set a week ago at the @wbal_ccs Championships.

Sonsini crossed the finish line in 12.55, a PR, and the 2nd fastest 100m in program history!

Sonsini will advance to next Saturday’s 100m final.

CCS T&F Results:

Julia Soderbery finished 2nd overall in the 1600m, clocking in at a blazing 5:00.5.

@anna_sonsini PR’d in the 100m (12.57).

The Girls 4x400m relay (Twitchell, @lucy_paynter22, Soderbery, Sonsini) also qualified for the Finals, finishing 2nd with a 4:10.05.

Julia Soderbery won the Women’s 1500 in a blistering 4:45.78 (PR), while the team of @MaggiePurcell10, @anna_sonsini, Hadley Twitchell, & Lilly Moroney won the 4x200 relay!
