📊 Helpline Insights 2024/25

Between April 2024 to March 2025, our helpline supported over 3,000 cases and responded to 10,846 contacts, which is a 12% increase year on year in contacts. Over half were new cases, and nearly half of all cases came from professionals.

🔵 52% of victims still do not report abuse due to fear of repercussions.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Most perpetrators were partners/ex-partners, parents, or in-laws.
👥 The majority of victims were aged 18–35.

These figures remind us how vital our work remains, and how much more needs to be done.
