I'm not loving @Hyatt. I don't understand why a reservation is non-refundable if it's paid in full. My mother in law is out $300 because she cancelled (not knowing the unfair rule). She called FOUR days in advance to cancel! She should have been refunded in full!

@ellamila So I contacted customer service about my order last week but never heard back. My Lip Stain nail polish is totally brown, not red. Can I get a replacement without having to pay for shipping since it's not my fault?
@askjcp Your customer service sucks. Your people don't know how to help me get my refund back for an item that was back order cancelled. So frustrated right now!
