Does it mean and millions of people have been mining for yrs only for the PI to be forfeited to someone else?

@PiCoreTeam , after almost 4years of mining, I get a 20% PI forfeiture for a KYC issue.

The forfeiture is not even the issue, but deducting 20% of the whole PI only from transferable PI is too punitive, unfair & demoralizing to PIoneers who have religiously mined for years
