@Headteacherchat I was a head of school and in September I’m starting as a SENCO in a PRU. Not much difference in salary but obviously you need your NASENCO. Good luck

@MrsH_leftitlate I’ve interviewed internal candidates and they’ve not performed as well as another or somebody else had more of the experience we were looking for and they didn’t get it. It shouldn’t matter really, you recruit the best person for the job.
