26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero has been identified as the man fatally shot by ICE agents in Maine on Monday morning.

Sebastian was shot in front of his partner and their three-year-old daughter, who are now grieving a loss no family should ever have to bear.

This tragedy comes less than one week after another man was shot and killed by ICE agents in Houston, Texas. This violence is unacceptable. We demand accountability and justice for Sebastian’s family and the Maine community.

Today, Tamir Rice should be celebrating his 24th birthday with his friends and family. But police shot and killed him while he was playing in the park at only 12 years old.
