@roundthebend574 Curious, our house had a garage/MB addition put on, seen in bridge photo in background. Addition post construction, evidence of concrete breakup and attic rafter changes. Pretty rare for a 2 car attached garage with alley entrance. Wiring was knob and tube so 30’s correct time

Bendix purchased the estate in 1927 and then had to claim bankruptcy in the late 1930s (Great Depression) so I’m guessing the pic was taken sometime in the 1930s.
