@CarlBovisNature Marvelous expression - and somehow unexpected in a bird of prey. I never found such birds interesting until I met Flaco the owl online a couple of years ago. Like many New Yorkers, I couldn't get enough of him. I now pay much more attention to birds of prey of all kinds.

@BeTraumaFree@protodanielle Greg Gilhooly, a lawyer and CSA survivor, suggests that sentences for perpetrators shld be more like the effective 'sentences' for victims, I.e., lifelong. I think this should be seriously considered.
