They lied to her because cord blood is WORTH MONEY.

A new mom asked for delayed cord clamping… and the nurses straight up lied to her face.
Why? Because that cord blood is valuable to the hospital- more valuable than respecting a mother’s wishes.

They gaslit her in her most vulnerable moment, stole her power, and tried to convince her that giving her own baby its rightful blood was somehow “dangerous.”
The health benefits are undeniable , which is exactly why they fight it.
