@frankfoj@adamcarolla To get the health benefits of cold water therapy, a few minutes may be all you need. Although you can gradually increase your cold tolerance, my understanding is that there’s no therapeutic reason to stay in cold water longer than a few minutes. For me I like to test my limits
@frankfoj I most likely overdid it. My understanding is optimal time in this temperature of water is between three and six minutes. I wasn’t timing myself and obviously lost track of time which is why I was in for so long.

@jpschlosser Thanks for info! Unfortunately, they cancels trip because their friend host got Covid too. I encouraged them to go and just stay in hotel but they are too tight for that. Lol! Appreciate your help!
