Just hosted my first vibecoding worshop and it is amazing. Everyone is super engagement and nothing is better than actually helping people and saw their succeed in the project.

Workshop will be hosted weekly on Sunday 1-3pm at the turn coffee SF, and we will soon expand to Mountain View, stay tuned!

A few takeaways:
Information gap is bigger than I thought. I helped people downloading codex and learned plenty things from different field.

Codex free limit run out very quickly and get filled weekly, but can still build a website out if I properly designed the prompt.

Pay forward first and you will get business and friendships. Always playing win-win strategy.

许多人觉得有钱就能解决一切问题，因为他们觉得所有问题的解决办法都是「享乐」，享乐其实只能解决几个月到几年的问题，对一般人来说，一两年不工作，心理就会开始失去锚点，出现心理疾病，严重的甚至需要干预。旅游也好，吃好吃的也好，到处游玩也会很累，大部分人也不会喜欢天天飞来飞去的旅游，很快会腻。

挑战是更少数人的游戏，但是人这种东西，一旦失去职场的压力，很难再从内心无端给自己生出什么挑战来，大部分人很懒，懒得思考，懒的锻炼自己的身体和大脑，更别提去做百里挑一的人类做不到的事情。

创造是极少数人的乐趣，虽然现在有 AI 和 vibe coding，只要想做什么东西，能用以前 1/100 的成本来说，能沉浸在不断创造的乐趣中的人，也是极少的。

说个题外话，在传统价值观里许多人觉得结婚或者生小孩可以绕开这些思考，我很好奇处于婚姻中或者已经有小孩的人们是怎么看待这个问题？人生的终极问题能够绕开吗？还是无论怎么做，总会在某个时刻又涌上心头？

How to start a workshop from literaly 0? I mean 0 community bui, 0 target customer connections, not knowing anyone who are not builders 😅and need to get people within 3 days. I print out 20 posters and start to spread in sf. Next morning, the workshop has been filled!

Posting is not all about connections, saves and likes, sometimes thinking it loud simply makes your sharper.

Cold outreach is so easy if you can really find the leads that in need and offer help. My successful rate is 90%.

For example, our company is a ai native infra for website hosting and maintains, so I would find websites that are old or on Shopify, that are need to redesign, and I will do it for then with one prompt.

Then I will ask them if they want to migrate to our services with only 20$ monthly subscription and each transaction now doesn’t need to be spare with Shopify.

Most people say yes, coz I deliver their new website already in first reach out.

It took me 15 minutes per day, so 4 paid user guaranteed each day.

Anyone who are not just vibecoding for fun should considering go-to-market at day one.

Just won my 3rd hackathon yesterday on #Insforge hackathon. Won 3rd prize with a Mac Mini, so happy.

But more importantly, we had mini end to end flow from idea - product - pitch and live demo - distribution

And with 2 conversations to other teams, we get 7 people on our waitlist already, thinking about keeping polished the product and make it launch now.

Smolvm let you build a virtual machine within less a second. Totally shocked when I first try it!

smolvm has hit stable release: v1.0.0!

You can now fork smolvm.

It means you can fork to create virtual machines off of an existing one in less than 100ms, with all the processes cloned and running.

smolvm is the first to have this feature + cross platform compatibility (macOS and linux natively).

Here's a demo of a counter continuing on a forked clone while I only started it on the original!
