@RoyalMailHelp hi so my 2 parcels posted on 6 Jan to USA are now deemed as lost - how can they be lost if they haven’t moved from your Heathrow depot - and what happens if I claim and then they are found? Very annoyed and confused.

@realkarlwilson @RoyalMail I’m in exactly the same position- 2 parcels posted on 6th Jan in Belfast have now been in the Heathrow depot since the 9th January - paid too much to have them tracked and still no updates - by 8th Feb they will say they are lost - how can they be lost if they are in the depot???

@RoyalMailHelp so 8 days ago I was told in a DM that you had confirmation my parcel to USA had left the UK - but for the last week the USPS tracking has been saying Origin Post is Preparing shipment!! Which is true? I get there are ongoing issues but I would like to know!!

@RoyalMailHelp Unfortunately the Royal Mail updates just says a “growing number of international countries” are now included in post - can you say if the USA is one of these countries please.

@RoyalMailHelp have parcels started to go to USA? Also will the ones that had arrived at your Heathrow site BEFORE the cyber incident be processed in date order? My tracking actually says “leaving UK” on Monday 9th Jan but as yet no further update so I guess it hasn’t gone yet.
