The constitution says that you have the right to free assembly, however, at certain places/spaces you must have a permit! The US Capitol Bldg is one such place. they didn't have a permit, and were arrested for that! stop spreading lies that their 1A was enfringed upon!

Just because they don't eat it does not give them the right to dictate what I can eat and where I can eat it! if they don't want to sit next to anyone eating bacon, they can eat at home or open their own restaurant that doesn't have bacon on the menu. i wouldn't have left a tip either- and i'm a big tipper 25% or more if service is decent. but NO restaurant should be charging a service charge for patrons to eat in their establishment. and they don't tell you up front because they know most would walk out. so complain to your boss/owner, NOT the patron who was probably pissed when they saw an extra charge!
