@pandocruises please can you advise me. If I go on a cruise and have no mobility issues but I do like to take a shooting style stick ( a stick with a little seat on to lean on when standing for a long time ). Will I be ok to take this onboard with me or do I have to declare it?

@virginmedia how do I get a replacement remote control? The volume button is not working. Tried calling and jumped through the hoops only to be told "sorry there is a fault" and the contact us on line is not working either - clicked the button and nothing happened.

@virginmedia It was not mentioned that the offer was just for that day. Why did your colleague offer to call me back the next working day and then didn't? Really annoying!! Now looking elsewhere as I am out of contract paying double and I can't afford it!

@virginmedia so disappointed yet again for my renewal. I spoke to someone before my deal ended. Then VM forgot to call me back. Its now over £30 more a month for the same deal!! Why didn't the person I spoke to be honest with me and say this deal was just for that day! Grrrrrr
