THIS is Democrat-run Virginia!!! A Philippine national who secretly filmed a 3-year-old girl in a bathroom is walking away with a slap on the wrist.

Joshua Hombrebueno worked at a bakery in Alexandria, Virginia.

He hid a phone in the bathroom vanity and recorded people using the restroom, including a mother and her 3-year-old daughter.

Police found recordings of about 19 individuals who had no idea they were being filmed. He originally faced multiple felony and misdemeanor counts that carried the potential of more than 20 years in prison.

Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter’s office gave him a plea deal. Under the agreement, he will serve up to six months in jail related to filming adults.

The charge involving the CHILD?? Well, that was handled so that a finding of guilt was suspended as long as he completes five years of probation with sex offender conditions.

In practical terms, he is unlikely to serve any additional time specifically for filming the 3-year-old if he stays out of further trouble.

When the justice system treats the secret filming of a child this lightly, it sends a clear message about whose safety is prioritized.

AUSTIN MAN punched a Thompson Austin hotel worker repeatedly after being asked to leave. The case was dismissed by County Attorney Delia Garza, despite several priors.

Isaiah Guzman is 20 and has been charged four times just since March.

A doorbell camera caught him assaulting a woman in her own front yard before throwing a rock through a 4Runner in the driveway.

The next day, he was caught stuffing $181 of merchandise into a backpack at Walmart, fleeing on a bicycle. After being caught, he told asset protection that Walmart is “a multi-billion dollar corporation and could afford to lose $181.”

Bond posted May 6 with a condition of no other criminal activity.

Six days later, an employee at the downtown Thompson Austin asks him to leave. Guzman punches him repeatedly and the victim never fights back or retaliates.

July 30: that assault is dismissed.

Then yesterday, arrested again on four new charges, including interfering with an emergency call. One of the charges was rejected the same day.

Eight charges in five months, with no real consequences.

Jason Kaplan was video chatting at a bar when Mantezz Granger allegedly saw his ex-girlfriend with him and became enraged. According to prosecutors, Granger and several associates later confronted Kaplan and others, forcing them to a nearby residence.

Charging documents allege that Demetrius Cooper knocked Kaplan to the ground and sh*t him in the back.

Tyshawn Howe is accused of standing over the ex-girlfriend’s father and sh*oting him in the chest. A woman was also sh*t in the thigh, and another person was struck in the face with a firearm. Kaplan d*ed at the scene.

Five men face charges including first-degree intentional h*micide and attempted first-degree intentional h*micide.

They are being held on high bonds.
